Sleep Out: Young Professional Edition - Philadelphia

Freedom Philadelphia

The Freedom Philadelphia team includes members from Freedom Church Philadelphia and Kroll Bond Rating Agency.

We’re sleeping outside for one night, so homeless kids don’t have to. And you can help. Click "Donate Now!" to make a donation in support of our Sleep Out!

Covenant House, an international nonprofit with a homeless shelter for youth in Philadelphia, exists to provide young people with safe shelter and wrap-around social services including education and job training so they can move forward to an adulthood free of violence, poverty, and the threat of homelessness.

Covenant House is hosting a “Sleep Out” to raise money and awareness for homeless youth. As a team, we’re going to spend a night in solidarity with homeless kids. We’re going to hear their stories, and learn how they’re making new lives for themselves at Covenant House. And while hundreds of young people are safe in their beds at Covenant House, we will head outside with cardboard boxes to look for an unoccupied piece of pavement.

Here is a glimpse of the event which takes place all over North America:

We hope you will support us by registering for our team, sharing our page with others, or donating to our team's goal of raising $3,000 for this cause!
